Agreement

By using Inbox Jockey ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Inbox Jockey is licensed on a per-user, annual subscription basis. Each license key allows activation on an unlimited number of devices where the licensed user is signed into their Microsoft 365 account.

Personal: 1 user seat
Business: Up to 5 user seats
Enterprise: Up to 25 user seats

License keys are non-transferable. Sharing license keys outside your organization is prohibited.

What You Can Do

Use the Software on any device where you access Outlook
Use all features included in your license tier
Deactivate and reactivate your license on different accounts

What You Cannot Do

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
Share, resell, or redistribute the Software or license keys
Use the Software to violate any laws or third-party rights
Circumvent license validation or activation limits

Availability

Inbox Jockey depends on Microsoft's Office Add-in platform and Microsoft Graph API. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by Microsoft. The Software is provided on an "as available" basis.

Data

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. In summary: your email data stays between your browser and Microsoft. We only process license validation data.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Inbox Jockey, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Inbox Jockey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tech Extranet is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to lost emails, missed messages, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
